Children must be 2 ½
years of age by September of the current school year. Ideally,
students are toilet-trained; however, we will gladly assist
them along the way. We begin accepting admissions for the
upcoming school year in the Spring. Children presently enrolled
and their siblings have priority registration until we host
our Open House. At that time, we open up admissions to everyone,
with remaining spaces filled on a first come, first serve
basis.
Registration. You can pick up your registration forms at the
school. A complete registration package consists of the following:
· Completed Enrollment Form
· Completed Health Form (only for new, non-returning
students)
· Completed Field Trip Authorization form
· Payment of $40.00 Registration Fee (non-refundable),
current-dated
· A cheque for September’s fees, current-dated
· Payment of monthly tuition fees by nine (9) post-dated
cheques, dated October 1st to June 1st
Program Fees. St. Christopher’s tuition includes premium offerings, Letterland early literacy program, nutritious snacks and no parental duty days. The fee schedule is based on the following:
· Two days per week - $130/month
· Three days per week - $160/month
· Five days per week - $265/month
Withdrawals. To withdraw your child(ren) from the preschool,
one full calendar month’s written notice must be given
to the Registrar c/o St. Christopher’s Preschool prior
to withdrawing a child, or one month’s tuition is forfeited.
Written notice must be received by the first day of a month
(e.g. November 1st) to be considered effective for the first
day of the following month (e.g. December 1st). There will
be no partial month credit. Verbal messages are not considered
official notice.
The Registrar must be notified, in writing prior to August
1st of the current year in order to have the September tuition
fee refunded. There are no refunds for withdrawal after May
1st of any school year. There will be no rebate or reduction
of monthly fees as a result of a child being absent from school.
